Time schedule of the study and the publication of the study results

Recruitment of the patients will commence during 2019 and will last until the calculated sample size has been reached. It is estimated that patient recruitment will last at most 2 years. Thus, the follow up of the patients is estimated to last until the end of 2022. The results will be analyzed during the year of 2022-2023 and the results are estimated to be published before the end of 2023. Due to the significant clinical importance of this study the results will be sent for publication to a cardiovascular journal of high scientific impact.
